early life
Eddie Murphy was born on April 3, 1961 in Brooklyn, New York, to Lillian and Charles Edward Murphy.
His mother was a telephone operator, while his father was a traffic policeman, comedian, and amateur actor.
In 1969, Eddie’s father died when Eddie was only 8 years old, and his parents separated.

Eddie Murphy has 10 children with five beautiful women. His first child was born in 1989 to Paulette McNally, with whom he had a relationship before he became famous.
