TikTok’s Tradwife Estee Williams is now married to Conner Williams. Tradwife has posted details about her relationship with her followers along with content about what it takes to be a traditional wife. Conner and Estee met when they were in high school. In one of the TikTok videos leading up to her marriage, she shared that she was marrying the boy she used to tease in high school.
Estee revealed in March 2022 that Conner proposed to her with the ring of her dreams, a solitaire princess cut. She captioned the IG post, “Today I was blessed beyond measure. My best friend proposed to me on the mountain 🤍 I can’t believe that Conner Wayne Williams will soon be my husband. I am the luckiest woman to call this man mine. The effort he puts in day in and day out never goes unappreciated. He is truly a one of a kind. I will love him forever.”
The engaged couple tied the knot at her childhood church, Richmond First Baptist Church, in January 2023. Elaborating on her marriage, she added, “Our wedding ceremony was beautiful and emotional. Becoming one under God will forever be our greatest blessing. We incorporated the Christian tradition of foot washing to symbolize humility and service to one’s spouse, the unity candle to symbolize becoming one, and of course communion. This day will forever be my most precious memory.”
Estee also shared some tips for strengthening her marriage. For example, she avoids unwanted interactions without her husband, such as going to the gym alone, which she does only with Conner. She also doesn’t let her husband help her with household chores because he does manual labor. Estee wore a 1950s-style outfit – opting for a dress over leggings. Estee’s Christian faith inspired her decision to serve her husband, which she described as “an act of honor in God’s eyes.” Although online critics called Estee “backward,” she believes being a traditional wife would be “a bad name” and said she and Conner “are equally dependent on each other.”
For Estee, cooking is an important part of fulfilling her responsibilities to her husband. “I spend about three to five hours in the kitchen every day,” she says. “It’s important for my family to have home-cooked meals and not overly processed foods.”
The couple also hunt their own food – including deer, dove and rabbit. “My husband is an avid hunter and we keep game in the freezer all year round,” she said. “Our freezer is full of game. The only thing we can fit in there besides that is a bag of frozen fruit.”
Aside from cooking for her husband, Estee also keeps the house clean and shiny and believes in “serving her husband well around the house.”
Aside from cleaning and cooking, Estee and her husband are very traditional. “We don’t have a TV in the living room or bedroom,” she says. “We limit it to weekends. If we want to watch a movie, we watch it on our laptop. A lot of women these days wear leggings all the time—I used to. But when I leave the house, I believe in wearing dresses that cover up a little better.”
