Gugu Khathi was born on October 25 in Soweto, South Africa.
She grew up in the Gauteng region and completed her primary and secondary education. Her parents were her motivation to pursue business as they worked hard to provide for their family.

Gugu Khathi attended Princess Secondary School after completing his basic education in his hometown in Gauteng province, South Africa.
