Henry Aggrey Bagiire is a well-known Ugandan politician who was born on January 27, 1968. He was raised by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bagiire, in what is now Mayuge District.
Bagiire obtained a diploma in education in 1992 from the College of Teacher Education, Kyambogo University.
In 1999, he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Makerere University and in 2003, he obtained a Certificate in Public Administration and Management from the same university.
