Panshak Henri Zamani (born October 30, 1984) is one of the greatest Nigerian rappers of all time.

The 37-year-old singer, who is better known by the title Ice Prince, rose to stardom in the industry after releasing hit singles “Oleku,” “Superstar” and “Juju.”

early life

Ice Prince was born Panshak Henri Zamani on October 30, 1984. He was born in Minna, Niger State. He is from the Angas ethnic group in Plateau State.

When he was two years old, his parents decided to move to the city of Jos in search of better job opportunities. So, Ice Prince moved with them to Plateau State and lived there for the next twenty years. When Ice Prince was in his mid-twenties, his mother died of a cold death.

Music has always been Ice Prince’s passion. He began writing rap songs and performing them at school events when he was just 15 years old. By the time he was 17, he was recording songs.

Ice Prince and some friends who love music formed a band called ECOMOG in 2002. Unfortunately, the band disbanded within a year.

During college, he met MI Abaga, Jesse Jagz, Ruby, Lindsey Abudei and others. They formed a group called Loopey Crew.

While in Jos, Prince Ice attended St. Mulumba College to complete his secondary education. He also attended the Jos Institute of Science and Technology.

After graduating from high school with honors, he applied to study Zoology at the University of Jos and was accepted.
