Tragically, 77-year-old Tarla Dalal passed away peacefully in her sleep from a heart attack. Yet her legacy continues to inspire. She broke social norms and pursued her passion, becoming an icon for Indian women. With her husband’s support, she got out of the kitchen and gave cooking demonstrations in countries including the United States, Malaysia, Thailand, the Middle East and Africa.
