Ja Rule debunks 50 Cent’s infamous claim that he bought front row seats to his concert just to troll him

Ja Rule has denied long-standing rumors when it comes to his 50 Cent beef.

The rapper has denied that there is any truth to the claim that 50 Cent bought the first four rows of seats at one of his concerts in 2018 after 50 people allegedly bought them on the cheap on Groupon.

“My New Year’s resolution is PETTY…” Ja Rule tweeted on December 29.

This prompted one person on X to recount his longstanding feud with 50 Cent and accuse him of buying his concert tickets.

“Wow, let’s be petty 50 cents because remember when he bought all your tickets on Groupon just so your show could be empty? Yeah, that was petty,” the user replied.

“I bought the first four rows of his concert. They were like on Groupon for about $15. ‘I said how much are the tickets? $15? Give me the first four rows,'” he said to the host before saying it was a test of Ja Rule’s performance ability.

At the beginning of the month, 50 spoke up about rumors of buying tickets when appearing on the show Big Boy’s neighborhood. He was asked if he actually bought tickets to see Ja Rule’s show.

“I did. They were cheap tickets. They were very affordable, like on StubHub. I bought the first four rows,” he said.

50 continued to criticize Ja, saying, “I bought things that meant less to me.”

The pair have been close for decades and even allegedly had an altercation in 2000 when they were booked at the same club to perform. Over the years, they traded songs like “Wanksta”, “Back Down” and “Loose Change”.
