Ben Affleck’s life has changed since separating from wife Jennifer Lopez and buying a so-called “bachelor house” in Los Angeles, according to a report.

In May, the 51-year-old actor moved from his and Lopez’s shared Beverly Hills home to a $100,000-a-month Brentwood rental near his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, with whom he shares three children.

Lopez and Affleck put their shared mansion up for sale for $68 million, and since then, the “Batman v Superman” actor has seemingly decided to find a new life separate from the singer-actress.
Affleck started a new chapter by purchasing a $20.5 million estate in Los Angeles’ upscale Pacific Palisades neighborhood.
After settling into his new home, Affleck has quashed speculation that his move out of the home he shares with the “Get Right” singer is only temporary.
An anonymous insider told Radar Online that the Oscar-winning actor is enjoying his new living space away from Lopez.

“He’s happy to have a new home that suits him and his needs much better than the one he and J.Lo bought together,” the source confirmed.
According to insiders, Affleck is said to be uncomfortable with the size and grandeur of his and Lopez’s shared home, feeling it is too lavish for his taste.
His new French country-style home was designed by architect Cliff May in 1941. The house has five bedrooms and six bathrooms spread over 6,200 square feet. The estate includes equestrian facilities, a cozy poolside cabana with a fireplace, and a charming two-story guesthouse.

According to anonymous sources familiar with Affleck’s new home who spoke to the outlet, his bachelor pad features a refined aesthetic that fits his style perfectly. The property also offers ample space for the actor to enjoy the outdoors in complete seclusion.
Over the summer, Lopez and Affleck sparked divorce rumors when they separated and missed her birthday, despite still wearing their wedding rings.

Meanwhile, the “Hustlers” actress failed to acknowledge her husband’s 52nd birthday on social media on Thursday.
Instead of sharing a birthday post for Affleck, Lopez opted to post a series of stunning photos on her Instagram.
However, Page Six posted photos showing Lopez visiting her new home that day.
