According to a source who spoke to InTouch Weekly, she was planning to move to the Big Apple full-time even before the couple started having marital problems.

The insider added: “Now she’s decided to keep it going after the split.”

Although she will choose to return to the city where she hails from, sources say she will likely keep a place in Los Angeles. She needed to get away from “all the noise and scrutiny on the West Coast.”

As for her children Max and Emme — whom she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony — the insider noted that there’s nothing stopping her from taking her kids and making a fresh start in New York City.
“They have a lot of schools in the east and she has a great social network there,” the source added.
Alex Rodriguez may have been in a relationship with Jaclyn Cordeiro for nearly two years; The “Let’s Get Loud” singer is starting to “miss what she had with him,” the source revealed.

The insider continued: “J. Lo doesn’t intend to stay single for long, and she and A-Rod have unfinished business.
The former couple started dating in 2017 and even got engaged. However, after 4 years of dating, they canceled their wedding plans for 2021.

In a joint statement to People magazine, the couple said they realized that being friends was better for them.
“We wish the best for each other and each other’s children,” they said. Out of respect for them, the only other comment we have is to thank everyone who has sent kind words and support.”
Regarding Lopez’s romance with Ben Affleck, there have been reports that the two are currently going through a difficult time in their marriage. There was even a time when the actor was spotted without his wedding ring when the musician spent time in Italy.
As of this writing, the “Jenny From the Block” hitmaker has yet to publicly address the issue.
