Joanne Peh Wei Siew (born 25 April 1983) also known as Peh Wei Siew is a famous Singaporean actress and television host affiliated with The Celebrity Agency. The actress began her acting career in 2004 and was named one of the Seven Princesses of MediaCorp in 2006.
She debuted as a model and won the Miss Elegance and Miss Personality titles in the Miss Universe Singapore 2002. Afterwards, she signed a contract with MediaCorp to become an artist.

Early life and education
Joanne Peh Wei Siew, also known as Bai Wei Xiu, was born on 25 April 1983 in Singapore. She has not revealed any information about her parents. Moreover, little is known about her siblings at present.
It is reported that she is of Chinese descent and her Chinese name is Bai Weixiu.
Joanne Peh completed her high school education at Temasek Secondary School and was appointed as Chief Prefect by the school authorities.

The following year, on September 9, 2014, Bai Qiong and Qi Yuwu held a private wedding at the Movenpick Heritage Hotel Sentosa, with only a few relatives and friends in attendance.
On August 7, 2015, the couple welcomed their first child, Qi Baobao, a daughter. On April 21, 2017, they welcomed their second child, Qi Didi, a boy.
