According to recent reports, Justin Bieber may be preparing to return to the music industry after welcoming his first child with wife Hailey Bieber.

After nearly three years of hiatus, Bieber is now reportedly returning to the studio to work on new music, as revealed by indie artist Mk.gee, who was recently interviewed by The New York Times.

In an interview published Wednesday, Mk.gee — whose real name is Michael Todd Gordon — shared that he’s been busy with recording sessions with the “Baby” hitmaker.
Gordon even teased Bieber about what they did during the recording session, saying, “He’s looking for. Whatever comes out of his mouth: It’s pop music. You can actually do some pretty crazy things behind that, just because it stands for something.”

The update on the Grammy-winning Canadian artist comes years after he went into hiding after several dates of his 2022 “Justice” world tour were canceled due to health issues. At the time, he revealed that half of his face was completely paralyzed due to Ramsay-Hunt syndrome.

Due to his ongoing health issues, Bieber has finally decided to take some time off and prioritize his health. His tour was scheduled to run through March 25, 2023, but he chose to cancel all remaining dates so he could rest and recover for an unspecified amount of time, according to Billboard.
Despite his public absence, Justin has still managed to participate in collaborative projects, such as an acoustic version of SZA’s “Snooze” and a part in Don Toliver’s “Private Landing”.

Additionally, the “Love Yourself” singer has reportedly embraced his new role as a father after welcoming his first child with Rhode Beauty founder Hailey Bieber last month. The couple are said to have named their son Jack Blues.
The couple, who married in 2018, have shared glimpses of their new life as parents on social media. Justin was even the first to proudly announce the birth of their son in an Instagram post featuring Jack’s tiny feet and his wife’s manicured nails, captioned “WELCOME HOME JACK BLUES BIEBER.”
