Kai Cenat has confirmed that his strange relationship with Kanye West, which reportedly began back in March 2024, is now officially over.
The famous streamer revealed that the strange altercation, initially sparked by oversized sweatpants, has now been resolved after receiving a direct message on Instagram from Kanye wishing him a happy new year.
Tensions first began during a Twitch livestream in March 2024 when Cenat unboxed some free Yeezy merchandise, including a pair of sweatpants that were too big for him.
Laughing at the size, Cenat joked: “Dear, this thing doesn’t fit me!” and started dancing in oversized pants to 50 Cent’s hit “In da Club.”
But West was clearly not amused by Cenat’s reaction. According to reports, he sent an angry message on Instagram saying, “Don’t joke about my clothes…When you don’t say anything about what Adidas is doing…When the Vultures song came out , you won’t say anything.” play my verse…You’re in control. Don’t play with me.”
The outburst comes after Kanye West faced significant controversy due to a series of public incidents over the past few years, including making inflammatory comments about race, slavery and politics.

But Cenat, surprised by the reaction to his remarks, tried to clarify that he was not joking. He replied, “I heard it bro, but no joke was said when I first opened that package, I showed instant love. All I did was try on the shirt wool and it didn’t fit. No joke, I asked right away.” for a new pair.”
However, Kanye fired back, saying, among other things, “F–k you […]you were asked to disparage my s–t, you’re a pawn.”

However, things at least took a positive turn when Cenat received a call from Kanye’s manager, John Monopoly, according to another report.
Monopoly, who reconnected with Kanye, attempted to end the feud, according to a March 2024 update from XXL. Cenat, although not impressed with Monopoly’s past with Kanye, agreed to meet in the future to officially resolve their issues.

Kai Cenat confused by Kanye
But recently, Kanye added Cenat to his Instagram story, leaving Cenat confused.
“I know he’s releasing an album and I’m not going to lie—I think I’m officially part of the rollout,” Cenat joked.
“Great move of his. He made me part of the introduction, but it was the most random thing.”
And now, Cenat has confirmed that the beef is out, telling fans: “The beef is out. The beef is out.” Now, both stars can move forward, leaving the sweatpants saga behind.
