The lawsuit claims West reneged on a joint partnership agreement with the black-owned e-commerce company after using the company’s proprietary technology.

“Due to my genius mind, to focus on this bulls***, I need to be on the phone,” he said.

When asked where he was and what was in the room, he refused to answer. That’s when things progressed and developed further.

“Where is that room?” one lawyer asked before West replied, “I won’t tell you! You’ll never see me again.”

Pressing harder on other things in the room, he replied: “Are you stupid? I won’t tell you other things. I don’t have time to talk about… I have a chair in the room. ” ?”

According to AllHipHop, the deposition stems from a statement from MyChannel, Inc. that West lured them into cooperation with the promise of a $10 million investment but broke off the relationship after six months.

The company said it poured $7 million and more than 10,000 hours into the Yeezy project before West was accused of “misappropriating” its technology.

MyChannel is now seeking $20 million in damages by claiming that West used them to promote his Yeezy brand and never followed through on his promises.

A&E will air the entire video of West’s testimony in one episode.
