Kendrick Lamar’s song “Not Like Us” has returned to Apple Music’s list of the top 20 songs in the US after Drake filed not one but two petitions related to the song, both of which were potentially potentially lead to litigation.

The first lawsuit accused Universal Music Group of inflating the song’s popularity by using “bots” to increase streams and by licensing the song at a reduced price to Spotify.

“UMG appears to have used similar tactics with other streaming services. Upon information and belief, UMG paid or approved payments to Apple Inc. for technical assistant requests ‘Siri’ voice-activated number intentionally misdirects users to ‘Don’t Like Us,'” the lawsuit reads, as reported by Diversity.

Drake filed a second petition Tuesday morning, alleging that Lamar “falsely accused” him of being a “certified pedophile” and “predator.”

Since the Drake-Kendrick Lamar feud started heating up in March, fans on both sides have been unable to get bored, and many are considering Lamar’s return to the charts as a win for the California rapper .

“That lawsuit backfired on Drake,” one X user wrote in response to the “Don’t Like Us” chart.
