She has served as an entertainment correspondent for shows such as Showbiz Tonight and Larry King Live. She has received an Emmy Award for her work as a media personality. She has made several guest appearances in films and television shows.

Early life and education
Lauren Sanchez was born on December 19, 1969 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States. She developed an interest in aviation from a young age. She spent her early years in an airplane hangar because her father was a flight instructor, which sparked her passion for aviation. She also spent a lot of time with her father, Ray Sanchez, who enjoyed restoring old planes.
