Lauren Simonetti (born October 10, 1984) is an American writer and journalist. She currently works at FBN as a field creator, journalist, and co-host of FBN:AM, which airs on non-weekends at 5 a.m. ET.
She most recently served as a business news editor and producer for CNN. She also co-anchored FBN:AM, which airs on weekdays at 5 a.m. ET.
During her residency, she covered major economic news events, such as the 2008 financial emergency, Lehman Brothers Chapter 11, the impact of the Gulf oil spill, Bernie Madoff’s Ponzi scheme, and the IPOs of influential organizations, including Facebook and Twitter.

She is the daughter of Janet Simonetti, a homemaker, and financier Raymond Simonetti of Rossville.
