A WhatsApp audio clip has been leaked in which a woman believed to be working at CasaSur Palermo reveals details about Payne’s last moments alive.

The housekeeper reportedly also recalled cleaning Payne’s room on Wednesday and claimed that during her routine work, the singer allegedly used drugs in the presence of her, while also “apologizing for the mess”.
The origin of how the original poster obtained the WhatsApp audio remains a mystery, but a statement from law enforcement appears to corroborate the audio’s claims.
Pablo Policicchio, communications director for the Buenos Aires Security Ministry, told the AP that Payne “jumped from the balcony of his room.”
User X @j44sqt9vrb also shared a screenshot of a text conversation showing a guest at the hotel saw the “Strip That Down” singer jump.
Upon receiving an emergency call at around 5pm local time, law enforcement officers responded to the CasaSur hotel in pursuit of an “aggressive man who may have been under the influence of drugs or alcohol”.
During the 911 call, the emergency hotel manager reported “a guest drunk and on drugs… He’s destroying the entire room and we need you to send someone.”
The manager called back after the line went dead, repeated his request and stated, according to The Sun, “We need you to send someone urgently because I don’t know if the guests’ lives are in danger.” or not.”
“They were definitely in a room with a balcony. And we were a little worried that he was going to do something, that he was going to be in danger of his life.”

The manager’s voice became increasingly distressed as they requested immediate assistance, emphasizing the presence of a balcony in the room.

Music Times could not independently verify the authenticity of the WhatsApp audio clip.
A representative from the emergency medical team confirmed that Payne was pronounced dead at the site of the fall that resulted in serious injuries.
Alberto Crescenti said: “The alarm went off at 5:04pm local time saying there was a person lying in the courtyard of Casa Sur.”
“At 5.11pm, an ambulance arrived and the man was confirmed dead. There was no possibility of resuscitating him.”
