Liam Payne, a 31-year-old star who was once a member of the band One Direction, tragically passed away after falling off a hotel balcony.

According to a report by TMZ, the 31-year-old man was “behaving strangely” while staying at the hotel. The newspaper reported that staff at the CasaSur Palermo hotel in Buenos Aires said Payne was moving from side to side and stuttering strangely.

Furthermore, witnesses claimed that things were even worse and that something serious was happening to him.

Payne was said to have been acting erratically at the hotel where he was staying to support his former bandmate. Insiders said the male singer broke his laptop in the hotel lobby a few minutes before falling to his death and the staff had to carry him to his room.

Just hours before the accident, he posted a snap on Snapchat from his hotel balcony despite all signs that something was wrong with him.

Close people and friends of the male singer noticed his strange behavior, so maybe they saw the signs before.

Two months ago, Payne was said to have gone through periods of destructive behavior. However, recording him going to see his old friends, Payne said he “wanted to make things right with Niall.” He was overjoyed to be back in his good graces.

Authorities are currently investigating whether Payne’s death was an accident or not. CasaSur hotel representative said the police are assisting in the investigation.
