The Lie Walkthrough at the Basilica of San Frangliico

  • Start with the stargazer at the Basilica of San Frangelico in P’s Lie. Go through the door in the left corner.
  • You’ll see a piano to the right; get the stained choir sheet music to learn a little bit about it. Then enter the large hole in the hall and turn right.
  • Keep going straight until you find a ladder going down on the right. Before descending, turn left to reach Vivid Ergo.
  • Slide down the ladder and keep going until you come across a pool of Deacy liquid. You can rush over to avoid the Decay status effect or use an Ampoule of Resistance. Grab the cat dust on the side of a pillar as you go.
  • Enemies will emerge from the rot, but you can ignore them and get to the other side. Use the ladder to go up.
  • Two enemies will rush towards you, and one of them will throw a Rot Ball from a distance. Take out the enemy at a distance first, then move on to the other two.
  • Break some barrels and crates on the left to reveal a gap in the floor. Jump down to find the Radiant Ergo Shard.
  • Jump down again to reach another platform with the Cathedral Church’s hidden moonstone.
  • Use the ladder to go up again and turn left. The enemy will throw a Rot Ball; either kill it or block its attack. Note the large rotating gear.
  • After taking care of the enemies, go across the small plank on the left to find the Star Fragment. Then keep going forward until you reach a ladder going down.
  • Continue straight and turn left. Dodge the electric balls before dashing towards them.
  • To the right of a giant gear, you’ll find a ladder leading upwards. Use it.
  • You’ll encounter another electric ball; wait for it to pass and then sprint. To the left, there is a Trinity room, which you can unlock if you have the Trinity Key.
  • Use the ladder to go down and cross to the left side of the giant gear. Deal with the two enemies in the room.
  • Keep going and you’ll see a message on the wall saying Archibishop is dead. There will be two enemies in the room, one of which is behind a cracking wooden door.
  • After defeating them, turn left to find the Dim Erg Shard. Then continue until you reach a platform blocked by gears. Wait for the right moment, sprint, and jump. Destroy the layer of decay below.
  • Once you’re through the two gaps, turn right and find a handle at the far end of the corridor. Use it to reverse gears and unlock shortcuts.
  • Look down and you’ll see a small platform that you can jump onto. Follow the path to find a secret corridor containing a chest containing a Legion Plug.
  • Take the small elevator on the right again to go upstairs. After getting off the platform, turn left, go straight, and find a ladder on the left. Use it to get Crescent Stone.
  • Jump down, open the iron door, and enter the next room.
  • There is cat dust in the center of the room, approaching it will trigger a powerful enemy. It’s weak to fire, so use a Fire Jar or Grindstone to defeat it.
  • Go through the door on the right and continue forward. In the corridor to your right, there is a gap between the walls. Once inside, turn left to find another chest containing a Kratt supply crate.
  • Take the elevator down to the next stargazer and enter the library of the Cathedral of San Frangelico in Lies of P.
