Rap star Lil Durk – real name Durk Derrick Banks – was arrested last month on charges of attempted murder. He has been charged with conspiracy and firearms offenses and if convicted, he could face up to life in prison.

During a hearing in federal court in Los Angeles, the rapper pleaded not guilty. He will begin trial on January 7, 2025 and will appear in court for a bail hearing on December 12.
