early life
Luke Cook was born in Sydney, Australia, the youngest of five children.
Luke Cook grew up in a religious family, his father was a church minister.
In sixth grade, he auditioned by imitating Frank Sinatra in a school play and was so thrilled by the audience’s reaction that he decided to become an actor.

While studying acting in Sydney, Luke Cook met an agent from Los Angeles who encouraged him to move to California, which he did at the age of 22. He spent a decade in Los Angeles before his big break and says he got some great opportunities to appear in major shows.
His first role in Los Angeles was on the sitcom Mystery Girl, starring Tori Spelling and Jennie Garth. Luke Cook played RuPaul’s evil assistant.

In July 2021, show organizers confirmed that Luke Cook would join the second season of Babyface as a guest star.
