Early life
Masechaba Khumalo was born on September 10, 1983. She was born in Zambia before finding her way back to South Africa.
She lived in Zambia for five years while her parents were in military training in the former Soviet Union. Her grandmother raised her.
When Masechaba Khumalo was about six years old, she moved to the United States to live with a relative. Her childhood was filled with horror and bitterness. During her time in the United States, she was sexually abused by a relative she moved in with.
After 12 years living in the United States, Masechaba Khumalo found her way back to South Africa, where she became interested in the performing arts.
Education
Masechaba Khumalo’s love of the performing arts greatly influenced her choice of university. The television personality studied media studies, where she gained extensive knowledge of journalism, video broadcasting and public relations.
After graduating from college, she continued to expand her knowledge at Urban Brew Studios.

Masechaba Khumalo has been married twice, but things did not seem to go well. She was first married to a man identified as Mfundo Nditsane, but they later separated.
According to Masechaba Khumalo, the marriage ended because they were not adequately prepared for the trip. The estranged couple have a son together, whom they named Lungelo Nditsane.
Masechaba Khumalo is in love again; she remarried another man, identified as Vusi Ndlovu. The couple got married in 2015; unfortunately, they divorced three years after their marriage. Her hairstyle is lovely.
Career
Masechaba Khumalo started her career with SABC Africa as a television presenter. While working as a presenter with SABC Africa, she was also a presenter and video journalist for the travel show “Into Africa”.
She hosted the show alongside another popular television personality identified as Hlomla Dandala. The show took her across different countries in Africa. Some of the countries she visited included Ghana, Nigeria, Egypt, Ethiopia, and Uganda.
Masechaba Khumalo also made her notable debut in the South African television series Generations. She also starred in the E!TV drama series Backstage, where she played the lead role.
In 2006, she began broadcasting entertainment news on the SABC Africa show called Afro Showbiz.
