The former employee wrote on her blog, “Four years ago, I made the best decision of my life and married my best friend. At just twenty-one years old, I received a lot of comments like: “Do you really want to be tied down right now?” “Don’t you want to travel and explore the world first?” “You both still have a lot of growing up to do.”

Daryl-Ann added, “I have to admit, they were right; we had a lot to grow up. But one of the things I love most about Daniel and my marriage is that we have grown together. We have seen each other at our best, and on days when we would rather no one had seen us. And we have had our best moments and some moments so bad we wouldn’t have made it without each other. We have traveled, laughed, lost, learned, and grown. We are both better off today than we were four years ago.”

She asserted that marrying this husband was her greatest blessing.

Daryl-ann confirms, “Marrying Daniel has been my greatest blessing. He has supported me when others weren’t even sure what I was doing, corrected me when I was wrong [that one time 😉]and always pointed me to God. He has undeniably worshiped me from day one. So, Daniel, thank you for all that you have taught me over the past four years. You make me want to be better, every day. I am so grateful for your unwavering love and constant guidance.”

On Daryl-Ann’s blog, Daniel shared his thoughts on being an “Instagram Husband.” He wrote, “I think one of the funniest things about being married to a blogger is when people ask what your wife does for a living.”

“Blogging is more than just a full-time job. It doesn’t stop. It doesn’t shut down after 8, and there’s always something else we can do. This combined with Daryl-Ann’s personality is the perfect combination. Daryl-Ann doesn’t stop. She’s an achiever to the core,” Daniel writes, admiring his wife’s dedication to blogging. “She rarely sits on the couch to rest, because there’s always something she can do or another item she can check off her list. In fact, I almost had to drag her out of the house before we went to the hospital to induce Rhett because she was working on linking things for a blog post.”

Daniel also does a lot of photography for his wife. He also revealed on his blog that he works with her company’s logistics department, which is basically all the stuff you guys don’t see. He helps her with her monthly content schedule and then how they’ll execute all of the shoots.

“She is the best partner in business and in life,” Daniel added. “Ultimately, I am passionate about growing a business and it is what I love to do. I think about it all the time and although Daryl-Ann enjoys the benefits of that passion and supports me in what I love, I often have to refrain from talking about work when we go out for a nice dinner.”

On their anniversary in 2020, Daniel wrote, “I would ugly cry any day of the week for you! Thank you for choosing to love me every day. There is someone I want to spend the rest of my life with. To forever. By the way, the rumors are true… it’s an LDC in a glass of champagne 😉👊🏻.”
