Dennis is the son of the late Kenneth and Lillian (Krebs) Clark. He also has four siblings; Randy Clark of Heber City, UT, Nancy Clark Cox of Dresden, OH, Linda Clark Hostetler of Coshocton, OH and Cathy Clark Lapworth of Alpharetta, GA.

Dennis lived in Cheshire for a very long time and was very active there. He held elected positions on the Cheshire Town Council and Board of Education for several terms. He was on the Public Safety Committee and a member of the Republican Town Committee.
Dennis belonged to both the Masonic Temple Lodge #16 AF and the Congregational Church. and AM. He participated in the Cheshire Relay for Life and was a team captain there for a time.

Nancy Clark was born to Jean “Ginger” Schorer Oberst and Ernest Oberst. Her late parents were married for 70 years until her father passed away in 2014.
Ginger was a member of DAR, Daughters of the American Revolution, an organization she was proud to be a part of for over 70 years. She had a radio show on WELI for a time in the 1940s where she also reported on traffic. An accomplished pianist, she taught piano at home to local school children in the 1960s. Ginger later worked for 14 years as a school secretary at Chapman School. Nancy’s mother passed away on January 12, 2019.
Nancy has a brother named William E. Oberst who currently lives in North Adams, Massachusetts.
