In the NBC drama The Blacklist, she plays FBI agent/profiler Elizabeth Keen.
She later served as a consultant for Blacklist in the same series.
Megan Boone has also appeared in My Bloody Valentine 3D (2009) and Step Up 4. She also had a recurring role on Law & Order: Los Angeles (2012).

early life
Megan Boone was born on April 29, 1983 in Petoskey, Michigan, and grew up in The Villages, Florida. Her parents moved there when she was a child to be closer to her grandparents.
Megan Boone’s mother, Jennifer Parr, is the sales director for their town. She attended Bellevue High School. She also graduated in 2001 with a degree in acting.
Megan Boone received her BFA in Acting from Florida State University’s School of Theatre in 2005.
She studied with Jane Alexander and Edwin Schelling at the Asolo Repertory Theatre and did a workshop with playwright Mark Medoff.
When Megan Boone expressed interest in retiring early in her career, Jane Alexander convinced her to continue with her acting career.

Megan Boone’s rep said in November 2015 that she and artist husband Dan Estabrook were expecting their first child.
In January 2016, during an appearance on Live! with Kelly and Michael, Boone also announced that she and Estabrook were engaged and were expecting a daughter.
Boone’s daughter, Caroline Boone Estabrook, was born on April 15, 2016.
