Metro Boomin assaulted and impregnated woman after a 2016 studio visit, lawsuit alleges

Sexual assault charges were brought against Metro Boomin from an incident that occurred in 2016.

As TMZ reports, the lawsuit involves the 31-year-old music producer, whose real name is Leland Wayne, in a legal complaint filed by Vanessa LeMaistre.

LeMaistre is seeking damages for the emotional trauma she experienced following the assault.

She recalls how she fell into a deep depression after losing her nine-month-old baby. Legal records show she had a positive relationship with the “Like That” collaborator during a 2016 visit to Las Vegas.

After their meeting, Boomin invited her to visit him at a recording studio in Los Angeles and allegedly witnessed him consuming a significant amount of codeine, causing concerns among his associates about the risks. potentially related to this substance.

LeMaistre also revealed a September 2016 incident in the studio, where she took half a Xanax pill and a sip of wine while battling persistent feelings of depression caused by her son’s death.

The combination of substances eventually caused her to pass out on a nearby couch.

When she woke up from the blackout, Boomin told her they were in a hotel room in Beverly Hills. LeMaistre said she doesn’t remember how she got there.

LeMaistre later became pregnant after the encounter and suggested that Boomin was likely the father because he was the only person she was intimate with during that time.

She later confirmed that she decided to terminate the pregnancy in November 2016.

Furthermore, LeMaistre said in the document that she believes Boomin addressed their situation in the song “Rap Saved Me,” a 2017 collaboration featuring Metro Boomin, 21 Savage and Offset.
