Early Life & Education
He was born Tshililo Michael Masutha in Vladezia, a rural settlement, Limpopo province, on 18 November 1965. He was a campaigner after many years of running political affairs in the country.

He is a co-founder of the Equileg Program of the Federation of South Africa. In 1999, he became a Member of Parliament representing the African National Congress.
