She is well known in the music industry by her stage name “MzVee”.

MzVee was born into the family of Mr. Ernest Hamenoo-Kpeda and Ms. Florence Hamenoo-Kpeda.
She was born on June 23, 1992 in Accra.
Her parents named her Vera. Her father is a businessman and her mother is a professional caterer. She has three siblings, two older sisters and a younger brother.
Born into a Christian family, MzVee grew up in Nala Estate in Accra. From a young age, MzVee aspired to be a music star. She spent her free time writing songs and performing them in front of mirrors, family and friends.
