Early life
Chinedu Ani Emmanuel alias Nedu Wazobia was born on the 5th day of August 1982. At the age of 41, he is originally an Igbo man, but he was born and raised in Kaduna, Northern Nigeria.
With his hometown being Enugu State, Nedu Wazobia is said to have studied accounting at Madonna University, located at Elele Okija, Anambra State. A famous television personality, he had NYSC in Jigawa on a radio station.
Then, after completing NYSC in Jigawa, he moved to Abuja to work as a site manager, a period in his life that he describes as unfulfilling. After 2 years as a venue manager, he moved to Lagos to fulfill his long-held dream of becoming a broadcaster and entertainer.

Nedu Wazobia was once happily married to an Igbo woman simply identified as Uzoamaka Ohiri.
Nedu and Uzoamaka Ohiri got married in 2013, but due to some paternity lies and infidelity, the couple separated. He claimed his marriage to Uzoamaka was null and void, but his estranged wife denied Nedu Wazobia’s claims and demanded that he produce divorce papers.

Uzoamaka Ohiri, the estranged wife of Nedu Wazobia, on Friday, September 3, 2021, accused Nedu Wazobia for verbally and physically assaulting her. Uzoamaka Ohiri accused Nedu Wazobia of beating her just weeks after giving birth by cesarean section. However, Nedu Wazobia has denied the allegations leveled against him by his estranged wife.
