NHL 24 Features
In NHL 24, significant gameplay enhancements from NHL 23 are introduced, including overall control of skill moves, exhaust engines, goalie fatigue, an improved passing system, and physics-based contact. Players can use Total Control skill actions to perform complex Dirk moves with the press of a button. The passing system allows for precise passes to teammates using the controller’s face buttons.
Additionally, the body check system mirrors NHL 2004’s bruise control, allowing players to effectively time and control body checks for impactful results. Notably, the game has restored the ability to knock opponents into benches and break glass. Additionally, NHL 24 incorporates full cross-play from Hockey Ultimate Team and World of Chel, enhancing the multiplayer experience compared to NHL 23’s cross-play matchmaking.
