She won the 2011 Afro-Hollywood Award for Best Actress in an English-language film for her role in Bursting Out.

Early life
Susan Peters was born and brought into the world on May 30, 1980.
She comes from Ado local government area of Benue state.
She was born into a strategic gathering of the Idoma tribe.
She went to the Air Force Nursery and Primary School and FGG College in Wuse, Abuja for basic and discretionary instruction.
Susan Peters is a former programming student at Asman School of English and a film and television analyst at Waves Video School and Camera Film.
Career
Susan Peters made her acting debut in 2012. She has featured in over 90 Nollywood movies, including The President Must Not Die, Wasted Effort, 11 days 11 Nights, The Hammer, Songs of Sorrow, The Begotten, Champagne, State of Emergency, Stolen Bible, 30 Days, Love Entrapped and many more.
She is also known for her interesting role as Aisha in the popular Lagos drama Husbands.
Besides acting, Susan Peters is also a model who has appeared in newscasts and countless television commercials for organizations like Golden Penny Pasta, Fidelity Bank, Bank PHB, etc.
