early life and education
Oyenike “Nikki” Laoye is a Nigerian singer and songwriter. She was born on December 19, 1980 in Lagos, Nigeria. She is the only daughter of Prince Olusola Isaac Lawye and Prince Olori Christiana Yetunde Lawye.
She has three brothers: Femi, Bola and Ade (also known as Xblaze, a music producer and hip-hop artist). Nikki Laoye is from Ogun State, Nigeria.
She received her primary education at Grace Children School and graduated from Federal Government Girls College, Shagamu, in 1998 and entered secondary school.
