early life
Nonso Amadi’s parents are from eastern Nigeria, and he was born and raised in Lagos State.
He is the third child of Amadeus and the eldest of six siblings.
He was born on September 1, 1995, and his parents were very happy.
Nonso Amadi loved music while in school, but this was to the detriment of his parents.
His parents insisted that he focus on his studies because, in their opinion, “music had no future”, but the Lagos-born was reluctant.
Despite this, he persisted in his love for music and became a musician after graduation.

Nonso Amadi completed his primary and secondary education at Gregory College, Ikoyi, Lagos State, Nigeria.
In 2009, he obtained his Senior School Certificate (SSCE) and West African School Certificate (WAEC) in the commercial city of Lagos.
He went on to study at Covenant University in Ogun State, where he obtained a degree in Chemical Engineering.
The multi-talented singer still wanted to gain more knowledge, so he obtained a master’s degree from McMaster University in the United Kingdom.
