early life
Odessa Young grew up in Australia, the son of Adam Young, a musician, and Rachel Young, a writer.
She was born in Sydney, Australia on January 11, 1998, and has a younger sister named Sylvie Young.
Due to problems, Odessa’s parents, Adam and Racheal Young, separated and legally divorced.
She attended Newton High School for the Performing Arts, a performing arts high school in Sydney, where she became involved in theater productions.
At the age of 18, she moved from Sydney to Los Angeles, California, and two years later to Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York.
