Early life

Phuthuma Nhleko was born in Gauteng, South Africa on 7 April 1960.

He attended St. Marks in Swaziland for high school.

He went to the US to attend college at Ohio State University, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering in 1983.

He earned an MBA in Finance from Atlantic University in 1987.
