New trailer for Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy provides new details about Sean Combs’ alleged exploits, giving viewers more insight into his controversial life.
Ahead of the documentary’s January 14 premiere on Peacock, the trailer reveals shocking claims from former Combs associates, shedding light on the mogul’s rise to fame and dark accusations is now threatening his career.
The 90-minute special promises to explore how Combs, also known as Diddy and Puffy, became one of the most powerful figures in the music industry.
Featuring interviews with several people who passed through or near the artist’s inner circle, the film delves into his personal life, including complicated relationships and criminal charges recently.
Diddy’s allegations
Diddy, currently facing sex trafficking charges and awaiting trial, is described in the trailer as “a monster” by attorney Lisa Bloom, who represents plaintiff Dawn Richard. This chilling description adds weight to the disturbing nature of the allegations against him.

Bloom’s statement emphasized the seriousness of the allegations, which include more than 25 lawsuits related to sexual misconduct.
The documentary doesn’t shy away from these allegations, with insiders claiming that some of the women Diddy was involved with were underage.
Diddy’s revelation
A new detail in the trailer comes from an anonymous source claiming, “Whenever the studio or any room is lit with red lights, he’s making love – sex.”
This disturbing statement sheds light on the type of behavior Diddy allegedly engaged in during his rise to power.
Another witness added: “They said they could take me away and sell me to anyone,” apparently confirming the seriousness of the accusation.
Despite these serious statements, the documentary also highlights Diddy’s enormous influence on the music industry. Through rare footage of Diddy partying at home and in the studio, the documentary captures his larger-than-life personality.
But the deeper question remains – what kind of person lies behind the music mogul’s public image?
As Diddy sat in the Brooklyn detention center awaiting trial, his family life continued. His twin daughters Jessie and D’Lila celebrated their 18th birthdays in December, while their father remains detained on federal charges.

Despite his absence, Diddy remains close to his children, with recent social media posts showing the family united.
While the upcoming documentary will show Combs’ rise from his early years to the peak of his success, it also brings his dark side to light, forcing viewers to reconsider everything. They thought they knew about him.
