She became a notable figure after appearing on the VH1 reality television show.
Surprising everyone, Sky Days rose to fame after VH1 invited her to host the show Black Ink Crew.

Early life
Jokeita Days, commonly known as Sky Days, was born on September 19, 1983.
She was born in Harlem, New York City, a city in the United States. She is of Haitian descent.
At the age of 14, she became pregnant from an extramarital affair and gave birth to her first son, Genesis.
After the birth of her first child, it took her two years to give birth to her second son, Dessalines.
She tried to raise them with the help and support of her mother, who suffered from bipolar disorder.
However, the women soon realized that they needed more money and help to properly care for their young sons, so Sky Days’ mother offered to give the young children up for adoption, and Sky Days agreed.
Instead, various families adopted her son and he lived his entire life without knowing much about his biological mother.
Finally, when they both turned 18, Sky Days decided to reunite with them, contacting Genesis and Dessalines, however, when she attended one of the meetings with Refinery29, things were not easy and smooth.
She then worked as a receptionist at the tattoo parlor where the show took place.
Sky Days was welcomed by her partner and Black Ink Crew owner, Ceasar Emanuel, as a secretary at the Harlem Tattoo Shop, which helped her gain a significant net worth.

Sky Days attended a local high school in Harlem, however, she had to take two years off to raise her children, so enrolling in school was not easy for her.
