Thomas Ravenel is an American politician and reality television personality. He is the son of former U.S. Congressman Arthur Ravenel Jr., who served South Carolina.
Thomas Ravenel starred in five seasons of the Bravo reality series Southern charm. He also served as South Carolina state treasurer for six months.

Thomas Jonathan Jackson Ravenel was born on August 11, 1962 in Charleston, South Carolina. He is the son of Arthur Ravenel Jr. and Louise Rodgers Ravenel. His father, Arthur Ravenel Jr., was a prominent politician who served in the United States House of Representatives and the South Carolina Senate.
