The US Sun reports that heightened security measures on a level comparable to those reserved for political figures such as the president have been deployed to ensure the safety of the 14-time Grammy Award-winning artist, her dancers and the entire film crew preparing for her upcoming performances in London this weekend.

According to the source, the mother of one of Swift’s dancers, Sam McWilliams, reportedly told a fan over the weekend: “They’re all in lockdown but doing fine.”
“The security of Taylor and those around her has always been a top priority, but now it’s even more so. She and her dancers have been told to ‘take shelter for their own safety’ due to the threat from Vienna,” an unnamed insider told The US Sun.
“That is why there is no information about the canceled shows other than the organizers’ statements,” the source added.
Heightened anti-terrorism security measures have reportedly been put in place in preparation for Swift’s upcoming show at London’s Wembley Stadium starting Thursday.
Despite security concerns forcing the cancellation of Swift’s “Eras Tour” shows in Vienna, the UK’s Metropolitan Police have confirmed that her London shows will go ahead as scheduled.

The 34-year-old singer’s recent tragedy in Vienna, where a planned terrorist attack led to the arrest of three individuals, did little to dampen the excitement surrounding her highly anticipated London show.
“There is no indication that the matters being investigated by the Austrian authorities will have any impact on upcoming events in London,” British police said in a statement to People.
It was stressed that London hosts many prestigious events each year, attracting millions of visitors who can expect a safe and enjoyable experience. London concertgoers were told of last-minute seating adjustments as half a million fans are expected to attend the five-day extravaganza.
Ticketmaster is said to have sent out email notifications about the changes, with some passengers being moved to seats up to 40 or 50 seats away, or even to completely different areas.
According to information provided to TMZ by officials at Wembley Stadium, the seating changes were unrelated to the Vienna terror plot. Officials clarified that the adjustments were necessary to address visibility issues, as some fans were initially assigned seats that obstructed their view of the event.
Preparations for the “Eras Tour” London have been underway for months, with Swift’s final show at Wembley Stadium taking place in June.
During that event, a group of fans expressed dissatisfaction because their view of the stage was obstructed by the lighting rig and VIP tent.
Surprisingly, concerns about visibility were only raised in the final days before the concert.
