In 2007, Teezee joined the group DRB LasGidi along with schoolmates BOJ and Fresh L. Initially using the name Teniola Zacchaeus, he is now commonly known as The Fresh Prince of LasGidiThe nickname originates from his self-titled debut studio album The Fresh Prince of LasGidi.

Considered among the first pioneer musicians in Nigeria to self-publish music, Teezee, BOJ and Fresh L took advantage of online platforms such as YouTube and SoundCloud in 2013 to share their music.

Appointed by Yewande Zaccheaus, CEO of ExcitingTeezee serves as marketing director and creative consultant for both Exciting And Harbor Point Event Center in Lagos on March 3, 2020.

Teezee appears on Skepta’s EP All in with racetrack Assuredfeaturing American rapper Kid Cudi on July 30, 2021. Teezee then released BADIfeaturing Davido, was the lead single from his debut studio album, Captured by loveon November 11, 2021. Music video by BADI inspired by 00s Nollywood classics.

The second lead single from Captured by lovetitled NEW GOVERNMENTfeaturing Prettyboy DO and Kofi Mole, was released on December 17, 2021. Teezee continued to promote the album by releasing the third single, NOK’Dfeaturing Deto Black, along with a music video directed by Chukwuka Nwobi and Sanjo Omosa on February 4, 2022.

Teezee, a talented artist, has released his first solo studio album, Captured by loveon February 18, 2022. The album features guest appearances from popular artists such as Davido, Prettyboy DO, Kofi Mole, etc. Jameson Irish whiskey introduced a limited edition bottle to commemorate the album’s success on September 9, 2022. In 2016, Teezee and Seni Saraki founded Indigenous peoplea music magazine belonging to ORIGINAL Network, aimed at promoting the alté profession. On September 20, 2022, Teezee, Chubbziano, also known as SChubbz (Shane Chubbz) and Sholz formed ORIGINAL record associate with Def Jam Records.

Focused on discovering and nurturing talented artists from Africa and the diaspora, ORIGINAL record is proud to announce the signing of their first artist, Odumodublvck, on November 23, 2022.
