How to start an interstellar exotic mission in Destiny 2?

To start the Destiny 2 Interstellar mission, you need to check a few boxes. First of all, this quest is part of Season of Wishes, so make sure you have purchased Season and are ready to start. If you’ve already purchased the Digital Deluxe Edition of Lightfall, you’re all set as it comes bundled with this season. But if you own the Standard Edition, you’ll need to obtain Season of Wish separately to access this quest.

Next, you must complete the Week 4 storyline of Season of Wishes. After completing this quest, the Destiny 2 Starcross quest will become available around step 29 of the “All the Best” questline. Now, when you take that step, you’re ready to get started. You can start the task directly from there, or find the node waiting for you through HELM.
