Travis Scott Arrest: What Really Led to the Fight Between Rapper and Bodyguard?

Travis Scott got into a heated argument with his bodyguard at a luxury hotel in Paris on Friday morning, leading to his arrest.

Before his arrest, the rapper was spotted sitting on the sidelines at the Paris Olympics, watching Team USA’s victory over Serbia in the basketball semifinals on Thursday.

The 33-year-old rapper “Goosebumps” was arrested by local authorities early Friday morning after a night of partying in Paris with his group, French newspaper Le Parisien reported.

According to inside information shared exclusively with Page Six, Scott and his bodyguards were yelling at each other at the Four Seasons George V Hotel after an argument over the presence of paparazzi nearby.

The tense exchange left hotel staff worried and asking them to contact law enforcement, the unnamed source said.

In a statement to NBC News, the Paris prosecutor’s office revealed that on Friday, law enforcement responded to an incident at the George V Hotel involving the rapper and arrested him for allegedly “assaulting a security guard.”

The brawl is said to have occurred when security guards intervened to break up a fight between Scott and his bodyguard.

Page Six insiders report that photographers have been following the “Sicko Mode” rapper as he moves around the city during the 2024 Summer Olympics.

Sources claim that a photographer was caught peeking into Scott’s trunk, leading the rapper to confront his bodyguard for allowing the photographer access to the car’s storage space.

“He was not in a suitable condition to be questioned immediately, so [he] was taken to a cell where he is still in the process of becoming conscious,” an unnamed law enforcement source told Le Parisien.

Scott was released Saturday morning, the Associated Press reported. The entertainer, his bodyguard and security guards said there were no injuries in the incident. Scott is not facing any charges.
