Tyrese is clearing the air as allegations surface that he appeared on Diddy’s tape.
Taking to Instagram Live, the singer and actor dispelled any rumors that he appeared in Diddy’s tape and instead shifted the blame to Donald Trump’s supporters for creating those rumors about him.
“There’s no such thing as a literal ‘Diddy tape.’ The FBI, the law is dealing with the alleged problems involving Diddy – I want to tell you.” that I have attended some of the most legendary parties, I have no regrets,” he said.
“I think this is one of the best parties in LA, and if you’re from LA and have been to these parties, you know that Diddy always throws the most legendary parties that always include the biggest and most legendary party of stars: white, black, latino, asian, billionaire, fashion, you name it – Diddy from the Hamptons all the way LA to the legendary New Year’s parties that he will be held in Miami – I have a lot of pictures, proud, like every other celebrity and star who came to his party,” Tyrese added.
Tyrese ended his speech by saying that people should be more worried about celebrities who don’t talk about their experiences even though they have previously attended one of Diddy’s parties.
“Anyone who isn’t on the Internet talking about Diddy’s party — you should pay more attention to them, supposedly, about what they did or what they’re doing on the tape. There’s no such thing as the tape. Tyrese-Diddy. It’s a bunch of Donald Trump n—as in my comments, trying to stop me from speaking up and speaking out,” he concluded.
In a since-deleted Instagram post, Tyrese previously shared that he is providing emotional support to his friend during this time, but that he does not condone any form of abuse of any kind. Which formula?
“I do not condone nor support abuse, bullying, sexual assault or anything that is currently being alleged. But what I cannot do is gloss over what this means for to me and all of us, as well as what he did.” has done for the music and cultural community,” he said, according to Billboard.
“I’m praying for Diddy, his children, his family, his mother, and all the alleged victims who are simply trying to have their voices heard. I love this brother . He has been nothing but kind and generous to me, and that is how I feel praying and praying for a better outcome to all of this happening,” Tyrese share.
Diddy is currently behind bars and facing charges related to sex trafficking as well as fraud. He is scheduled to appear in court in May 2025.
