2024 VES Awards Organizers
The charismatic host of the 35th VES Awards in 2024 is none other than the famous comedian and Saturday Night Live (SNL) alum Jay Pharoah. Pharoah hosted the ceremony last year and he is back again this year. Bringing his comedic talents to the event, Pharoah kicked off the show with a humorous remark, saying, “It’s ironic that the strike ends right at the end of awards season.”
This witty comment not only set the tone for a celebratory night, but also signaled that the awards ceremony was taking place at a time when an industry strike was coming to an end. Pharaoh’s engaging and entertaining hosting style certainly added to the energy of the VES Awards, making the event not only a showcase for visual excellence, but also an enjoyable experience for attendees and viewers.
