Vikneswary Se was born on June 10, 1985 in Chennai, India. She is the fourth of five siblings. She had an elder sister named Yuvethra Se who died at the age of 26.
She moved to Chennai with her family when she was 11 years old as her father did not want to raise the child in India.
Vikneswary Se holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Anna University, Chennai. She pursued an MBA but had to drop out after two years due to work commitments. One of her elder sisters, Yuvethra Se, passed away on June 21, 2021 after a brief illness.
