The Book of Sin in Lords of the Fallen
In the game Lords of the Fallen, finding the Book of Sin is a key part of Ector Dunmire’s mission to “unveil the Divine Sentinels”. The quest requires players to find eight specific items, the Book of Sin being one of them. While it’s not as challenging as facing the Light Reaper boss, it’s an important step in completing Dunmire’s quest. Obtaining the Tome of Sin will reveal important lore about the Divine Sentinels and provide players with potential new armor.

Where can I find the Book of Sins in Lords of the Fallen?
To discover the Book of Sin in Lord of the Fallen, you’ll need to venture into the Pilgrim’s Habitat of the Shadow Realm. Starting at the Blind Agatha Ruins checkpoint, make your way through the tunnels, around enemies, and continue until you reach the cliffside scaffolding. Move forward past the enemies, jump over the scaffolding, and continue forward until you encounter enemies and a dead end with a ladder on the left. Go down this ladder.
Immediately after, there’s a second ladder, but make sure you’re in the Shadow Realm before climbing it so you don’t fall. Cross the platform to the opposite corner and climb the ladder. Be careful as enemies may try to shoot you off the ladder; wait for the right moment to climb.
After climbing the second ladder, cross a narrow bridge and exit the Shadow Realm. Drop down to the left and kick away a plank. Just beyond, you’ll find a shadowed parterre that was used to create the ruins checkpoint known as the “Anchor Between Realms” at the Pilgrim’s Perch. Save your progress here.
If you feel lost, check out EternityInGaming’s YouTube videos for guidance. Return to the plank from the checkpoint, past where you dropped down, and continue along the scaffolding. Confront enemies and ladders near the big bell. Defeat the enemies at the bottom to re-enter the Shadow Realm and discover a path beneath the scaffolding. This leads to the Belly of Shadows, which contains the coveted Book of Sins.
Keep in mind that returning the Book of Sin to Accurate Dunmire does not yield any tangible reward, but it can provide valuable insight into the lore of the Holy Sentinels. To obtain the exact armor and weapons, players must complete the entire “Revealing the Divine Sentinels” questline by returning all eight quest items to Dunmire. This marks the climax of the mission and rewards the player accordingly

Lord of the Fallen gameplay
In Lords of the Fallen, you play from a third-person perspective. Similar to the first game, you can use melee weapons and magic to fight enemies. The gameplay and combat in the game are similar to other games like Souls.
To start, you can create your character and choose from nine different types. The game world is really big, much bigger than the 2014 predecessor. There are two worlds stacked on top of each other. One is called Axiom, where living things are, and the other is Umbral, where the dead are. Even if they are in the same space, you can only reach certain places through the connection between the two worlds.
If you die in Axiom, you go to Umbral, and then have to return to Axiom to get back what you lost. But if you die in the Umbra, you’ll start over from where you last saved, and you’ll lose any unused experience points. There aren’t many places to save your progress in each area, but you can craft your own using special materials found on defeated monsters in Umbral.
