Meet Matthew Raymond, Brandon Kyle Goodman Partners
In addition to writing for Big Mouth and Human Resources, Brandon Kyle Goodman is best known for his role as Deco on Netflix’s Feel the Beat. His first role was on the 2011 television show Next Time on Lonny. Some of his other notable acting credits include Alive in Denver, Little Italy, Los Angeles, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Modern Love, and many others. He attended NYU/Tisch School of the Arts for college.
Matthew and Brandon have known each other since at least 2015. Matthew wrote a sweet message to his husband on Instagram about their six years together. Alongside several photos of them, Matthew wrote, “It’s been an amazing 6 years of laughing, crying, growing, and learning to grow strong together… Thank you for letting me be vulnerable and growing with me. Thank you for helping me learn that I’m not too much.”

The couple got married in Santa Barbara, California, in 2020, just months before the pandemic hit. On January 11, 2022, the couple celebrated their third wedding anniversary. Matthew uploaded a few photos from their wedding ceremony to celebrate, adding a long but sweet caption.
In the same IG post, Matthew revealed that his marriage to Brandon was the greatest source of healing he could ever hope for. “It was a place where I could safely and courageously address my childhood wounds, insecurities, anxieties, and inner faith,” he added.
Matthew also talked about how Brandon constantly pushed and challenged him to be better and do better. Finally, Matthew appreciated his love for his kindness. He wrote, “Brandon is the kindest person I have ever met; his generosity knows no bounds, and the way he loves and treats everyone in his life no matter who they are as if they are the most important person on the planet melts my heart.”
The couple is head over heels for each other and neither of them are shy about showing affection for each other in public. On June 8, 2021, Matthew took to Instagram and wrote, “I am so in love with my husband! And our love is a huge form of pride and liberation…”
