Meet David Lauck, TLC’s Addiction Star Alessandra Colón’s Husband
In Crack Addicts, Alessandra and her team approach some of the strangest and most unusual cases with groundbreaking methods, radically relieving pain and transforming the lives of patients in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Alessandra and her staff saw all kinds of patients, including one wearing a tiny waist-hugging corset and another recovering from a boating accident. “My mission is to heal people’s spines one at a time and have fun doing it,” Dr. Alessandra says in the trailer for TLC’s Crack Addicts.
The TLC star has been practicing chiropractic treatments since October 2016 at Papa Chiropractic. She received her degree in Chiropractic/Physical Therapy/Massage from Palmer Chiropractic of Florida. She also studied at the University of Arizona and Humble High School.
The 37-year-old Palm Beach Gardens resident is also a cancer survivor and often shares videos with patients and inspirational quotes on her Instagram account @misschiropractic.
Alessandra was just 14 years old when she discovered she had Stage 4 cancer. Speaking about her life-changing experience with Voyage MIA, Alessandra said: “The worst thing most people think is chemotherapy and radiotherapy, But I never looked at it that way. Surely, being near death every day is no fun. I mostly just worry about my family.”

Dr. Alessandra is happily married to her husband, David Lauck. The two married on February 22, 2020. Reflecting on her perfect wedding, Alessandra wrote: “It was a PERFECT wedding. The only thing that could make it better; is if God can give me 40 hours a day. So this moment can last longer….,” a month after she married David.
The famous chiropractor shared photos from her wedding and a poem by Pablo Neruda while celebrating their wedding anniversary on February 22, 2021.
Although we don’t know exactly how and when the two started dating, Alessandra shared on her Instagram on October 4, 2022 that the couple ended their eight-year relationship. That probably means the duo has been in a relationship for over eight years as of this writing.
On November 20, 2017, Alessandra shared a heartfelt post to her partner, thanking him for how supportive he was of her. She wrote: “To the man who always makes me happy… But the truth is I love him just the way he is. Most importantly, he is always there to support my dreams, cook dinner if I can’t, or help me with my ever-growing list…”.

Daughter Ryann was born on August 2, 2012. Sharing a photo of his new daughter born on August 2, 2017, David shared: “5 years ago today, at 8:26 a.m., I held my baby tightly in my arms for the first time. … People say, Ryann is so lucky to have such a wonderful father. The truth is that I am a lucky person….”
Son Aiden David Lauck was born on November 23, 2022. Alessandra announced the birth of her second child via Instagram on November 25, 2022. Sharing a photo of the new baby, she introduced her son my little baby to the whole world in a sweet way.
