A female fan of 50 Cent is suing the rapper, claiming he hit her in the face with a microphone he threw off the stage. Page Six obtained additional court documents accusing Bryhana Monegain of claiming that on August 30, 2023, during his performance, he threw his microphone into the crowd and hit her in the face and wrist after realizing it is not working properly.
In her lawsuit, the Power 106 host claims that she suffered “severe and permanent injuries.”
According to documents, Bryhana was treated for a concussion, a laceration to her forehead and pain in her left wrist after being taken to the hospital from Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. She is seeking compensation for past and future lost wages, medical and hospital expenses, general damages, legal fees and initial litigation costs.
50 is seen stealing a microphone and throwing it into the crowd in video footage of the violence. Bryhana later claimed that the device hit her directly on the forehead, causing horrific injuries, although the footage does not reveal the exact location of impact.
Images obtained by TMZ show Bryhana wrapped in gauze to cover the stitches on her forehead. The “Power” actor was listed as a suspect in a crime report the radio host filed with police.

At the time, TMZ was informed by the nearly 50-year-old that Monegain was not allowed in the restricted area, however, it is unclear how this justified his behavior. According to 50’s lawyer, the “21 Questions” rapper did not “intentionally attack” Bryhana.
“Let’s be clear, as I told the LAPD this afternoon, my client Curtis would never intentionally attack anyone with a microphone,” attorney Scott Leemon told Page Six. “Anyone who says something else doesn’t have all the facts and is misinformed.”
