Josh Panter and Mackenzie Edwards started dating in early 2023. According to Josh, he had known the Teen Mom star for “about 10 years” before they reunited in January 2023. “Mackenzie and I are friends and enjoy being together. Additionally, the insider alleged that Brooklynn is a stay-at-home mom, wife, and homemaker who “cannot continue living as a single mother in a marriage.”
